Obituary

Carol Gadd Fornash, 74, of Newport, died Friday, April 27 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Egdewood. She was a Homemaker, Graduate of Newport High School Class of 1957 and also very active at the former Corpus Christi Church in Newport with concessions stands, cheerleading, volleyball, basketball and bingo. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Edward and Dorothy Brackin Gadd and Brother, Allen "Greg" Gadd. She is survived by her Husband, Donald Fornash; Sons, Don Fornash and Kevin (Linda) Fornash; Grandchidren, Amanda (Donny) Stephens, Kevin (Jeana) Fornash and Natalie Fornash; Great Grandchildren, Bryson & Aidan Dickerson and Jackson & Landon Fornash; Cousin, Sande (Joe) Anderson and Loving Dog, Gigi. Visitation 5 to 8 pm on Monday, April 30 at Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas and also 10 to 11 am on Tuesday, May 1. Services following at 11 am on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, KY. Memorials to Northern KY Children's Advocacy Center, 4890 Houston Rd., Florence, KY 41042.
